What kinds of birds are around your home?

Post by Alala Kuran on Wed Apr 24, 2013 8:52 pm

White Len : I was wondering a random little thing; what kinds of birds are popular in your area?

For me there's these kinds I usually see:
Crows (a LOT)
Hawks (two or three of them)
Eagle (one)
Blue jays (very rare, but an awesome sight to see! Smile )
Brown Doves (quite a few of them)
Pigeons (a few)
Hummingbirds (quite a few of them)

The ones I have:
Parrot (not very smart either, actually belongs to my mom)
Cockatiel (belongs to a family member of mine, he's quite a noisy bugger)
Budgerigar (my pet. His name is Tamir, but he sounds like a Rappy at times, lol!)

Hmm, did some research on birds, namely the popular ones and I found some disturbing combinations. We most certainly better keep Tamir close because those named hawks around the place are predators! They especially will hate him and try to hunt him. Shocked

Arala Cran : Surely enough it's what the "domesticated" birds here do for a hobby. They sure know how to keep up quite the racket around the place, but at least Tamir sounds cute when he does it and even dose an adorable headbanging move too. Razz
